uutils-coreutils(-lean)@0.6.0: Fix extract_dir (#7596 )

* This addresses an accidental structure change in the upstream release.
  Since upstream has reverted this change, the next release is expected to resume using the standard structure.

Scoop Main

Core manifests for Scoop, the Windows command-line installer. For manifests that fit the Main criteria.

How do I install these manifests?

Just do scoop install <manifest>. This is the default bucket for Scoop and is added by default.

How do I contribute new manifests?

To make a new manifest contribution, please read the Contributing Guide.
