Updated to latest version as Excavator was stuck: https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Main/runs/7186500542?check_suite_focus=true#step:3:263 Removed 32bit as now only released in 64bit (since 0.25.0) Release now as .zip not .tar.gz

Just do scoop install <manifest>. This is the default bucket for Scoop and is added by default.
