whitespace cleanup
...
* makes changes to almost all main repo files to be in accordance with .editorconfig
* some files in "test\fixtures\..." were left alone to avoid breaking tests
* NOTE: whitespace changes *only* (`git diff -b` shows no changes)

Add ~/.profile support to busybox bash
...
bash shim now loads ~/.profile on startup which sources ~/.bashrc
if it exists

busybox: use http URL for download
...
busybox.exe is now available via http. This is preferable to ftp
because it will allow the link to be redirected if necessary.
