Update ghostscript.json (#820)
SHA-256 taken from 7zip;
gs919w64 contains gswin64c.exe -> replaced bin with "env_add_path": "bin";
Ghostscript manifest tested on external bucket.

Added Ghostscript. Useful in combination with ImageMagick.
To convert PDFs to images or vice versa Ghostscript is needed.
